A trip to Oysters Water Park

RPSians beat the scorching June heat at Oysters Water Park
We at RPS International School believe that having fun is an essential part of life and holistic growth of mind, body and soul. In order to ensure that our students from class IX and XI had their share of fun after a rigorous academic schedule, a trip to Oysters Water Park, Gurgaon was arranged on June 8, 2019.
The students were accompanied by an equally enthusiastic team of teachers. The excitement of the trip ensured that it began well in time. On arrival to the Water Park, everyone secured wristbands and got into the swim gear. This commenced the adventure that was much awaited. The students soon dispersed into their groups. They enjoyed themselves throughout the day while trying several thrilling rides. They also relished the lip smacking food served to them.
The beautifully designed park was a treat to the eyes and soul. The water rides were such a respite from the scorching heat of the month of June. Despite the heat, the fun and excitement was palpable and it required a lot of cajoling of the students to leave the place by 4 pm. The evening wrapped up on an equally vibrant note by making the day fun, adventurous, thrilling and a memorable for all RPSians.

RPS International School organised an 'In- House Career Guidance Workshop' for classes XI-XII . Ms. Garima Goyal, the School Counsellor conducted the workshop. In the workshop, she elucidated the significance of deciding the destination which is a career path and that was illustrated through various activities and by deciphering pictures. Discussing "SHE" (Successful, Happy and Effective life after deciding the end product which is a career goal), she asked the students about their criteria of deciding a career. Also, the difference between WOW( World of Work) and WOI( World of Individual) was explained along with the myriad career options available for all the three streams in detail.
