'In- House Career Guidance Workshop' for classes XI-XII

RPS International School organised an 'In- House Career Guidance Workshop' for classes XI-XII .

Ms. Garima Goyal, the School Counsellor conducted the workshop.

In the workshop, she elucidated the significance of deciding the destination which is a career path and that was illustrated through various activities and by deciphering pictures.

Discussing "SHE" (Successful, Happy and Effective life after deciding the end product which is a career goal), she asked the students about their criteria of deciding a career.

Also, the difference between WOW( World of Work) and WOI( World of Individual) was explained along with the myriad career options available for all the three streams in detail.

Ms. Goyal kept the students engaged throughout the session via assorted discussions, games and storytelling to make the workshop more productive by giving the impact of experiential learning.

Lastly, students thoroughly interacted during the workshop, got their doubts clarified and decided to set a career goal to lead a successful and joyous life.
